Sammy - was quite literally born to win matches and competitions, coach bought him from a high class breeding center that was widely known for stat perfection - due to the nature of how he was born, he never got to meet his biological parents - A blissey is his unofficial mother - He likes cooking more than he likes pokemon soccer - Never really had a choice of what path to take in life, coach made him eat and breathe competitive sports - the only choice he had and will continue to do so was staying with his Hammy, he will fight to the death for it - Cannot and will not tolerate other people flirting with him Hammy - is coach's starter Mon but was immediately left when he saw her nature and stats - when people started capturing their kind long ago to prepare for the new batch of trainers who are coming to get their staters, her older sister tripped her and told her to sacrifice herself since she wasn't good of a mon anyway - has deeply rooted inferiority complex , due to her experience in life - Despite all that, she still loves competitive play, she focuses on analysis, pre-planning, straterdgies, type advantages As a couple Sammy - A hopeless romantic - loves touching, cuddling and kissing his wife Hammy - Babies her husband - the practical one in the relationship
Law of the lake
if the male offspring was called forth by the breeding lake he can no longer stay with his mother
if he wishes to do so
he must drive his father away from the pack
and all the father's responsibility shall be his to keep
one cannot kill nor have intercourse to pokemons who has not yet been summoned by the lake
pokemons who have united and given blessing by the lake shall remain together until their offspring becomes of age and be called by the lake

Romeo and Jerome

in the year 18?? a scientist named Romeo developed an unusual amount of infatuation with his female pokemon partner vaporeon named lizzy he didn’t know why it is or if it’s natural he kept it a secret until he went to a science convention and met some of his old colleague who were taking about the same conundrum that he is in, after hearing and talking, evaluating the situation
he concluded that he wasn’t alone and this seem to be an occurring phenomenon, he founded a small group where people gather and talk about their experiences at first it was small but months later it grew popularity as his group grew so is his feelings towards his vaporeon
until one day one of the members openly wished they could marry there pokemons ,romeo looked at his vaporeon for a moment before looking down and with an unheard voice he said “me too”
in one of his field research romeo stumbled upon a business man named Jerome eyeing some gardevoirs by the lake
“man can you believe how gorgeous these mons are” Jerome started
“yes, yes i can.” romeo replied
after some more small talk romeo mentioned that he founded a group and he proceeded to tell what his group is all about, jerome listen intently and made follow up questions such as
“how many are you guys now ? “
“ how serious are you guys about this”
silent fell between the two before romeo calmly answer
“i wanna marry my vaporeon”
more silence …
Jerome proposed a partnership deal with Romeo and so there partnership began
after a long year of saving and gathering more members for their group
the scientist started petitioning the legalisation of pokemon marriage some of their members were very vocal some were quiet outsiders scoffed at the idea
some are down right disgusted to which romeo’s dismay
“they don’t understand” the scientist said while fixing some research papers
to Jerome replied “why don’t we make them understand”
“we can study more about this phenomenon , raise awareness ! “

Romeo due to old age finally bites the dust
leaving Jerome with his questionable morals running the research all by himself
he called forth , for the group members that were particularly vocal about their openeness to Pokemon marriage
“to this day we gather in honor of our pal and president , Romeo, i promise you i will do whatever it takes to pass this legislation “
remembering those beautiful gardevoirs by the lake romeo thought to himself
“if they appear more human maybe then they will understand “
